WHY THIS WARNING?

This page describes the means of managing the site in reference to the personal data of users who consult it.

It refers to a directive in accordance with Art. 13 of d.lgs. n. 196/2003 – Code on the protection of data of those interacting with the web services of Menssanabasket, telematically accessible at the address:

The directive seeks to fulfill Recommendation n. 2/2001 that for the protection of personal information, European authorities who met in the Gruppo Istituito of Art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/CE adopted May 17, 2001 to establish certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the means, timeframe and nature of information those handling it must provide users when they connect to the web page, regardless of their reasons for connecting.
