Giocolenuvole is a type A social coop heavily specialized in the area of childhood.
Giocolenuvole is created in Siena in ’97 by a group of youth who gained their professional experience thanks to project “NOW”, designed and promoted by Siena’s Equal Opportunity Department and financed by the Minster of Labour, the European Economic Community and the local government.
Following its 1999 fusion with TROVATATE, an association born from the same project, Giocolenuvole begins offering a complete gamut of services for children, adolescents and families.
Giocolenuvole is a tried and true “educational undertaking” that relies of professionalism and diverse personalities, but=2 0with common goals and values.
“I wanted something innovative concerning the quality, the flexibility of services…a multi-purpose center, an integration between public and private, for children and adolescent services. The proposal was accepted, presented and financed. The rest is history.
Today, the Giocolenuvole center is a solid reality. My hope today is that the most important factor remains the quality of services, marked by the professionalism that the “historic” nucleus of young adults from Giocolenuvole and Trovatate has brought forth.”
